Secure Energy, a Clough Elecnor Joint Venture, has been selected to deliver the engineering, procurement, and construction of Project EnergyConnect. EnergyConnect is a new 700 km 330 kV transmission line running from Wagga Wagga in NSW to Robertstown in SA. The project scope also includes the construction of supporting infrastructure, such as substations and access roads along the route of the transmission line. When built, EnergyConnect will enable future renewable energy projects to connect to the electricity grid.

 

SecureEnergy JV are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our growing project team. The position will be based in Wagga Wagga in regional NSW. In this role you will:

Key responsibilities:               

  • Review assessment records, tickets, licences and qualifications, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Schedule and book internal and external training activities and events for the project. 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including project team, training attendees and training providers to effectively manage training confirmations.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding and induction processes. 
  • Assist in the development, delivery and evaluation of project Inductions and Supervisor Training Packages.
  • Communicate project training requirements to relevant stakeholders including subcontractors and vendors.

 

Your skills and experience:

Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications relating to Training & Assessment and significant experience working on large scale building or infrastructure projects. Along with:

  • Well-developed skills in building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder and external relationships to deliver successful training outcomes.
  • Extensive experience using Pegasus software. 
  • Strong planning and coordination skills.
