Clough is implementing a new business system (Workday) to support people and project management across the business. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day administration and support of CloughHub (Workday), including management of change activities relating to the ongoing maintenance and improvements to the system. You will engage regularly with end users to ensure that they possess adequate training and knowledge to effectively utilise the system and promote overall adoption of CloughHub across the organisation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement, develop solutions, and drive improvement activities.
  • Support the implementation of Workday new functionality and releases, taking responsibility for agreed projects.
  • Administer and manage CloughHub modules covering the new business processes.
  • Provide first and second line support and troubleshooting for CloughHub applications and modules.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business process owners.
  • Develop and deliver training and training materials for Clough teams and end users to meet business requirements.
  • Manage reporting requests, working with stakeholders to collect business requirements.
  • Researches, analyses, makes recommendations and develops modifications to CloughHub with a focus on a high level analysis and implementation.
  • Maintain governance and assurance across the configuration of the system and changes in configuration.

Skills and Experiences

  • Preferred:  Knowledge and experience across a variety of Workday modules including HCM, Recruitment and Compensation is advantageous.
  • Understanding of HR and Project operations and business processes with experience in data management.
  • Previous experience in training, support and management and end user requirements.
  • Experience in development of key management information and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritise to meet business requirements.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical/complex information to a broad audience, both written and verbally.
