Reporting to the Lead Planner, you will provide technical expertise regarding planning and analysis of project schedule information to manage and maintain the Project Execution Schedule. In addition, you will provide clear and concise communication of schedule deviations and impacts to the project management team to ensure early impacts to schedule are highlighted. This is a hands on role and integration with infield Construction activities and Construction Superintendents is a key focus.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyse and report project status, man-hours, equipment hours and progress
  • Set and measure Internal Construction KPI’s to drive Schedule performance and provide mitigation strategies
  • Supervise and monitor schedule structure parameters for submissions by ensuring conformance with both Client and Clough internal guidelines.
  • Responsible to maintain the tracking of change within the schedule - Identifying the cause of the change, scheduling / mitigating where appropriate and documenting / communicating any change impact to schedule
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship within the Internal Project Controls groups by maintaining a knowledge base of required interface coding and reporting between the various Project Controls tools – P6, Prism & Envision.

 You should possess the following:

  • 8+ years multi-discipline project planning experience, particularly in mining construction projects from the contractor side.
  • Experience in the full life-cycle from engineering design right through to commissioning.
  • Competent user of Primavera, Envision, Navisworks, and MS Suite including Power BI
  • Understand how to apply physical progress and earned value measurement
