We are currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our Perth HR Team, working on the South Flank Project. As a key point of contact in the delivery of training on Project, you be responsible for providing training and ad hoc general HR administration to support the Perth and on-site OHP & COS Project team. In this role, you will also seek to improve on processes or create innovations that assist in the overall timely and professional delivery of Human Resources on project.

The Role:

  • Review Training Needs Analysis and create competencies and induction frameworks in Clough Systems (INX)
  • Create and coordinate versioning processes of training matrices
  • Raise PO’s and set up agreements as needed for external training activities and events for the project
  • Guide and counsel the Project and HR administrators regarding best practice training process and practice.
  • Manage the South Flank Training inbox and categorise and assign training related tasks to the HR team according to defined task distribution structures.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination and scheduling of applicable internal and external training courses, inductions, VOC’s as required for the Project
  • Provide input to the development and coordination of the on-boarding and induction processes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including project team, training attendees and training providers as required to diagnose and provide remediation for training delivery issues
  • Encourage stakeholders to use processes and tools used in the training and onboarding of personnel.
  • Review reports and updates on induction and training status.
  • Review records and spread sheets regularly to identify risks and inaccuracies
  • Regularly audit systems and highlight corrections required
  • Provide back up support to the HR Administrators and Mobilisation Coordinator during high volume times

 The Individual:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a training or L&D coordination role;
  • Able to plan, organise and prioritise large volumes of work under tight timeframes effectively;
  • Experience working with Training/Learning Management Systems;
  • Experience working within a similar environment on a resource project;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable e.g. Cert IV in Training and Assessment but not essential
