Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of the Clough Offices across multiple sites in the Perth CBD ensuring issues and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, including the management and support of the preventative maintenance schedule ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of the facilities service job tracking system, assigning and/or completing work to close out requests in a timely manner.
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors including building cleaners, maintenance contractors, electricians, etc.  Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, identify cost savings where possible.
  • Provide continuous improvements to Office Services procedures and processes acting as the subject matter expert in Office Services functions.
  • Responsible for maintaining information in the space manager system (Guardian Global), preparing monthly reports for Finance, auditing floors when required.  Act as subject matter for the space manager system to Project Secretaries and EA's.

You should possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Ability to undertake simple maintenance tasks when required including manual handling
  • Diploma in business administration or facilities management is preferred

Based in our Perth head office, this position will be on a full time basis, initially for 12 months with the possibility to extend.
