About the job

As the HR Director for Clough USA, you will develop and drive people strategies to attract, inspire and retain the talent needed to deliver on our business objectives. As a key member of the senior management team, you will partner with the business to provide expert advice on people-related matters.

Key accountabilities:

  • Builds, develops and leads the HR functions, including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor relations, change management, and communications
  • Leads the planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HR initiatives across the organization
  • Counsels senior executives and managers in effective leadership and people practices
  • Leads change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
  • Partners with Corporate HR and subject matter experts to implement global policies, practices and standards
  • Participates in proposals and project plan development
  • Actively manages the Clough culture and works to embed our principles within the organization
  • Creates and manages the HR budget
  • Provides monthly and quarterly reporting and monitors key performance metrics
  • Leads company compliance and reporting for governmental and legislative requirements

About You

You are an experienced leader with solid business acumen and a track record of success. You are:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Experienced in all facets of human resources, with at least 15 years of HR management experience, 10 years within EPC
  • Experienced with both staff and craft personnel
  • A collaborator, with strong HR consultation experience
  • An enthusiastic advocate for the Clough culture and principles
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to engage and inspire people at all levels within the organization
  • Knowledgeable in talent management best practices with a strong desire to continually improve
  • A self-starter; well organized, detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing numerous tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
  • A critical thinker, with the ability to analyse problems and develop creative solutions
  • Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly; Oracle HRIS experience is an asset
